It's impossible to be free of tension in our lives, but it can become evident in our voice - and even harm it, warns voice talent and coach Bettye Zoller.
In Part 3 of her VoiceOverXtra podcast series on vocal health, Zoller examines the potential damage that tension and stress can inflict on your vocal folds. "People who speak with lots of stress develop voice problems," she warns.

The owner of VoicesVoices, Zoller is a voice-over and speech coach, acting coach, and university educator who also presents voice-over and studio singer workshops nationwide. She backs this with 30 years of experience, and is the recipient of Clio, ADDY, Golden Radio and Audie awards.
