You aren’t doing enough to get your career going.
This industry seems easy enough - after all, you have a voice. But do you have the ability to take on all that is needed to succeed in today’s market?
Voice over is more than just reading a story out loud. It’s taking someone else’s words and connecting them to the world through their eyes, while using your mind. It’s an incredible experience of skill, risk, creativity and also business.
Set up a plan and take action!
If you scored 20 – 39 points ...
You are on the right track and heading in a good direction. But you should invest more time in this industry in order to see growth.
You need to want success as much as the rest of us who work our butts off to make it happen.
Competition is plentiful, so step up your game for a lucrative career.
There is enough work to go around - but not everyone is working hard enough to get it.
Also be realistic about your voice over skills. Allow your coaches to guide you into readiness.
Don’t jump into voice overs without proper, experienced direction and trust in what your coaches say (but make sure they are reputable).
