VOICE OVER INCOME New Poll: Are You Earning More Money Now in Voice Over Than 12 Months Ago? October 15, 2015  (VOXtra) - Mostly when voice actors discuss income, it's about the trend toward lower fees - especially on the super-low pay online casting sites. Defenders of those lowball sites say volume of work helps keep up the cash flow, and perhaps acquires a new client or two.Well, what's REALLY happening with voice over annual income? Is it tending to move up, or down? VoiceOverXtra invites you to anonymously take part in a poll that asks: If you've been a voice actor for at least two years, in the past 12 months, have you earned MORE money as a voice actor than in the previous 12 months?No dollar amounts are involved. The poll differentiates full-time and part-time voice actors. And our tabulation system allows only one answer per respondent (IP address). The poll will reveal trends - but of course, this polling method - through VoiceOverXtra subscribers and social media - won't necessarily yield statistically valid results.
