2015 EMMY AWARDS Iconic Voices Receive Emmy Nominations For Outstanding Narration & Character Performance July 20, 2015 (VOXtra) - Iconic voices - the type that define a voice over genre - have been nominated in two voice over-related categories of the Television Academy's 67th Annual Emmy Awards. These include, of course, Peter Coyote as Outstanding Narrator for narration of The Roosevelts: An Intimate History; Seth MacFarlane for Outstanding Character Voice-Over Performance in multiple roles on Family Guy; and the The Simpsons family brood led by Dan Castellaneta as Homer Simpson. Congratulations to all of the nominees for outstanding narration. I am holding out hope of a win for Henry Strozier for Too Cute on Animal Planet. He is great and every performance is perfection. I have learned much from studying his performances.
