'VOICE OVER BODY SHOP' WEBCAST Live Announce Master Randy Thomas Visits Tonight's Voice Over Body Shop Webcast October 9, 2017 (VOXtra) - When award shows want a masterful live announce performance, they turn to a master voice actor, Randy Thomas. Randy made history as the first woman to announce The Academy Awards©, The Emmy Awards©, The SAG Awards© and The AFI Awards©, to name a few. And tonight she appears live again - talking directly with you - about her career and upcoming VO Mastery event, as special guest on the Voice Over Body Shop webcast (starting at 6 pm PT at vobs.tv). As the eight-time announcer of The Oscars©, and 18-time Tony© announcer, she has been winning accolades and opening doors for female voice artists for over 20 years, in addition to experience as a radio personality in New York, Los Angeles, Detroit, and Miami. "Randy's upcoming VO Mastery on October 27 and 28 promises to be a great event, and we'll hear all about it, along with her tips for making the best of your voice over career," says Dan Lenard (the Home Studio Master), who co-hosts the Monday night webcast with George Whittam (VO audio tech guru). Randy will also answer questions, which you can send now or during the webcast to theguys@vobs.tv. Also during the webcast, George and Dan will discuss voice over tech issues, plus editing software in their "DAWVIEW 2017." A lively chat room is a show in itself! Always unpredictable and chocked with valuable how-to info on home studio technology - and all things voice over - this Monday night webcast has earned a large following for the hundreds of live and recorded episodes. It also features news and VO how-to advice from VoiceOverXtra. The online event starts at 9 pm Eastern; 8 pm Central; 7 pm Mountain; 6 pm Pacific. Past shows can also be viewed any time on YouTube and at the VO-BS website: www.vobs.tv. SEE MORE HELPFUL VOICE OVER HOME STUDIO ARTICLES HERE Your Daily Resource For Voice-Over Success
